What is PeopleSoft?

• PeopleSoft, Inc. was a software company that provided HRMS (human resource management system), CRM (customer relationship management), Manufacturing, Financials, EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) and Student Administration software solutions to large corporations, governments, and organizations.

• It was acquired by Oracle in 2005 so now its called Oracle Peoplesoft.

 The PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) system is a Human Resources Management tool used to maintain information and transactions related to Recruitment, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Profiles,Time data and employee data.
